When it comes to nails, I could be considered slightly obsessed. I meticulously maintain long nails, manicured to within an inch of their life. I visit my favorite nail salon in SoHo every two weeks for a color change and believe that a well-manicured nail is the perfect accessory to any outfit. You can imagine my delight, then, when I discovered Halloween nail art.

When I visited my nail esthetician recently, she suggested that come October, I experiment with nail designs such as cobwebs and tombstones (which would perfectly match my natural nail shape, no less!). After seeing her inspiration boards, I quickly agreed and have not looked back since. In fact, I have spent my time looking at too many Pinterest boards to count filled with Halloween nail design inspo. Assuming that there are those of you out there who, like me, appreciate well-designed nails and perhaps love Halloween a little too much, I have compiled 25 Halloween manicures that are simply must-sees—from the stunning to the spooky.

Blood red with a hint of midnight eclipse—a Halloween mood.

These nails are well-suited for a witch—whether you believe yourself to be one or just hope to wear the costume!

The mix of design and nail tips is a particularly spooky combination.

In case eyeballs weren't enough for you, what about bleeding eyeballs?

Halloween nails can, in fact, be pink.

These nails remind me of red daggers in the best way possible.

If you see a black cat, it might be bad luck, but I think seeing these nails is good luck.

Despite my fear of spiders, I'm quite drawn to this nail design.

I think these red rose nail designs need a bouquet of red roses to match.

Further proof that pink and Halloween are perfect.

If you're more into minimalism, this nail design is for you.

This intricate nail design will require an experienced nail artist.

Minimalism with a touch of flair.

Anyone who knows me knows of my peculiar obsession with corn in fall.

Can this count as a reverse French manicure?

This is officially my favorite Halloween nail design.

Daggers? Cat tails? You decide.

Is it wrong of me to decide that anything with a hint of black is suitable for Halloween?

Eyes may seem creepy, but in Greece, they are considered a ward against bad fortune, so two in one.

These are particularly gruesome and spectacular.

This matte gray is the perfect backdrop for spiders and webs.

I love a good multi-design manicure.

More eyeballs. More detail. More fun.

This cross-nail skeleton is genius. Slow clap.

This unique design is all I could ask for in Halloween nails.

Clearly, Who What Wear editors love skinny jeans as much as the next person. We've broken down the best It girl–approved ways to wear them, the best brands to buy skinny jeans from, and how to wear them like celebrities. As ubiquitous as they are, however, they are far from the only denim option you need. As Nicole Kidman just proved, a sleek pair of wide-leg jeans are an absolute wardrobe essential—and might even convince you to hold off on your beloved skinny jeans that can feel restrictive on...

Kate Middleton's look for her latest public appearance was decidedly more, well, nautical than what we're used to seeing her wear. But as we recently reported, she has a new stylist (and former British Vogue editor) that's helping to craft her looks as of late, and she's keeping us on our toes. The nautical-inspired look is one that instantly gave us visions of chic Parisian girls. Sure, Breton stripes and navy, red, and white may be a bit of a French-girl cliché, but honestly, sometimes style c...
