As Nicole Kidman just proved, a sleek pair of wide-leg jeans are an absolute wardrobe essential—and might even convince you to hold off on your beloved skinny jeans that can feel restrictive on long flights.

Photographed arriving in Sydney, Kidman showed off the ideal airport outfit that struck the perfect balance of polished yet comfortable. Her wide-leg Akris jeans gave her much more breathing room for a flight compared to skinnies, and her brown leather tote and matching shoes were coordinated to perfection.
